Content in Tevine and Content Policy

By posting content in Tevine, you allow Tevine to display that content publicly. Content includes posts and comments, but are not limited by these. You shall be responsible for resultant effects arising from you posting the content. Tevine shall bare no copyright or legal fees arising because of content posted by the user. In addition, content posted in Tevine must meet certain acceptable standards before it can be displayed. Tevine also reserves the right to remove, refuse or modify any post at its discretion. Tevine may also replicate your content somewhere else, or allow it to be used freely by others.

Your content must abide by the following guidelines (content guidelines):
-No content that goes against any moral values (e.g. Pornography, Offensive)
-Minimal advertising of products
-No referral or affliate links
-No posting of content with the intent to steal/phish a person's information
-Must be in relation to topic
-No one-liner comments
-Minimal derogative remarks
-Minimal usage of profanities
-Content must be reliable and substaintiated
-No mass submission of content with the intended purpose of advertising

Comments posted are automatically sent to the moderation queqe under certain conditions, and should be approved if it meets the guidelines. Nonetheless, all comments will be manually checked if they are of a certain quality. All posts will be published on Tevine without passing through any filters, but will also be manually checked by the staff. Content found not abiding the guidelines will be promptly edited or removed. If neccessary, the link associated with the post may be blocked from Tevine.

Links assigned with the post (and comments) must also follow these link guidelines:
-No affliate/referral links
-No links designed to phish information
-No links directed to site designed to cause harm to a user
-No links to advertisements/parked pages
-Signatures are allowed, but links in signatures are strongly discouraged

Content is distributed in the hopes of it being informative and useful to people, and not for monetary reasons.

Content Rights

Content posted in Tevine will come under the author's name. Most content is released under the Creative Commons License. Do not copy the entire post (or part of it) as it is considered plagarism. Sites found plagiarizing content will be sent a DMCA notice for the takedown of such content.

Users found not following the guidelines will be suspended for a period of time, during which they will be given lesser privaleges than the default one.

Splogs and content harvesters are not allowed to access content in Tevine because it is against the content rights policy. Splogs and content harvesters found will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Usage of Project Materials

Most of the projects provided by Tevine are under the GNU Lesser General Public License or licenses compatible with it. You may modify and redistribute the code provided by Tevine, or adapt it to other code. However, modifications must ensure that they do not do any harm others or defame Tevine.

Code and software provided are distributed in the hopes that it will be useful, but without any warranty.

Usage of provided contacts in Tevine

The emails provided on Tevine are for legitimate contact purposes. It is ILLEGAL to forge these email addresses for use in spam. Email addresses related to users and the domain (tevine.com) are included in this policy. Spammers found abusing provided email addresses on Tevine will be dealt with severe penalties and relevant authorities consulted.
