A free link from Technorati’s top 100?

I’ve just stumbled across an offer on Technorati in the WTF section.

Basically, all you have to do is to post a review of Ezineblog, place a permanent link on your site, and they will link back to your blog (no, not as a trackback, but as a genuine permanent link). This is definately a must-have opportunity to get a link for your site.

Of course, if you have not heard of Ezineblog, they happen to hit the top 100 popular blogs in Technorati in terms of rank. You know what that means. If you manage to get a link to your site on any of their posts, you will probably soar past thousands of blogs (unless thousands of blogs did the same thing too). They claim they have a high PageRank, but I guess Google is in the process of updating PageRank, so we won’t really know.
